Corporate services

ITMO.ID is a single authorization system that gives you access to the majority of the university’s corporate services. Every student automatically gets an ITMO.ID account linked to the personal email included in their application form.
 

my.itmo.ru is your go-to personal page. There, you can check your class schedule, curriculum, digital gradebook, and stipend, as well as sign up for sports classes and look up other ITMO students. 

Moreover, with my.itmo we have less paperwork: on the portal, you can order a certificate, submit applications, join the queue for a dorm room, and submit reports on your practical training and thesis.
 

In the my.itmo app, you can check that all your grades are uploaded in the Gradebook tab, see your classes for the day in the Schedule tab, and find new contests and events in Announcements. 

In the tab Services, you can find your campus pass, check the availability of coworking spaces, submit an application or order documents, find the contact info of a lecturer or fellow student, apply for financial help, and check your current stipend.

ISU is the university’s information system. Partly, it offers the same functions as my.itmo, but it also has some unique features. 

On ISU, you can find out about all the ongoing events and competitions, as well as fresh news. You can also keep track of your achievements, including publications, events, intellectual property assets, and projects.

Additionally, on ISU you can find internal surveys on student satisfaction and applications for various competitions. 

With the itmo.map app, you will never get lost on campus. It’s an interactive map with every room, conference room, coworking space, and staircase mapped. It can also build routes from point A to B.

ITMO.SHARE is a free rental service that lets students and staff loan laptops or tablets for work or studies for 1-4 hours a day.

The available devices can be loaned between 9:30 am and 8:30 pm daily to students and staff. Users accept full financial responsibility and should apply timely to ensure that the requested device is available. Applications are processed within 30 minutes on business days.

ITMO.SHARE works on Kronverksky and Lomonosova campuses. Apply in advance via my.itmo.ru.

At the helpdesk.itmo.ru portal, you can connect to various ITMO departments and share feedback on issues with corporate services or course selection, compile a request to the Student Services Office, and more.

This is a single hub for announcements and registration for events organized by student clubs, students, and staff. Sign up for free and attend dozens of events every month!
 

Here, you can check your points and grades in each course. Additionally, your parents can check the digital record book by setting up access via the student’s profile. Find out the details here (in Russian).

My Loft is a digital resources manager that gives you remote access to the university’s digital resources with your login and password. 

You no longer need a VPN to use the service. Log in with your ITMO.ID, install the browser application, and open the resource you need. The system will automatically recognize you as an ITMO user and offer access to the university’s subscriptions.
 

ListOk is a 24/7 printing, scanning, and copying service for ITMO students.  Printing stations are available on Kronverksky (room 1300) and Lomonosova (room 1303) campuses.

Additionally, at ListOk you can also rent a powerbank by YandexGo.
